- has a favorite new hobby playing with the fridge magnets. Seeing her amazement when she figured out that the magnets stick to the surface just by placing them there was so cool. Now she just loves to kneel at the fridge and affix the magnets over and over.
- has become the #1 fan of Frozen in this house. In fact, she has superseded her sister, who seems so sort of be over Frozen now, after a month- long obsession. But Carly is intrigued even just by the first few notes of the opening song. Whether she is standing at her play table, doing some couch cruising, or sitting down on the rug playing, she is captivated by Elsa and Anna, and will watch the movie joyfully for a while. She smiles when they sing, and dances a little too. Speaking of dancing, she really moves it when she or K turns on the Snoopy doll that plays that theme from Charlie Brown Xmas. It's so cute watching her bounce up and down to the beat. Carly has been clapping for a while, but the best is the combo of clapping with the dance moves.
- is still very into proclaiming, "Hi!" at whoever appears. She has also been associating that Joe is Dada, and has begun saying the word discrimiantely. Call me crazy, but with some coaching from Joe, we think we got a "Hi Dada!" yesterday.

- is loving playing hairdresser (imagines shampoo, conditioner, and "hair lotion") and gives you a good "cut." She also likes to give check- ups using her Doc McStuffins doc equipment, and to pretend to shower using the remote as soap.
- has as some favorite new sayings: "Hey, what's going onnnnn?"; "What are you guys doooooing?"; "That's gross!"; ""I'm fine!" (after she falls, even when nobody has asked haha); "I don't want you to see me [doing such- and such]" (acknowledging, aloud, she is doing a bad thing for which she would get in trouble); "Wow, that's amazing!"; "Mommy, DON'T see it yet" (for instance, if I come down the stairs and she doesn't want me to see the Elf before she does); "Close the door so I don't have to hear Carly if she cries!"My favorite cute misuse as of late is when K messes up objective and subjective pronouns, so she often says, "Where is her?" Sooo sweet.
- is potty- trained and doing great. We've had a few poop accidents here and there, but overall, she is great about announcing when she needs to do her business. We make her wear a diaper still for bed, and she often gets mad at that-- but I am not ready yet to remove that safeguard!
